ABOUT THE POSITION.

The company has a solid pipeline of extensive, unique, large scale projects. They are seeking a qualified, enthusiastic MEP Cost Manager that can efficiently take a leading role in delivering projects. In this position, you will be thoroughly engaged in all aspects of the project cycle while also providing executive support to the Directors.


DUTIES.
  • Responsible for Pre and Post Contract work
  • Manage MEP services
  • Responsible for leading projects from start to finish
  • Facilitate client and stakeholder management
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent 
  • Minimum 4 years Quantity Surveying, Estimating or Mechanical engineering experience in Australia
  • Excellent technical MEP skills
