ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Our Client based in Western Sydney is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Assistant to assist with the increase in workload. You will be part of an established team that will provide you an amazing opportunity for growth and development in payroll processes.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

An initial 6 month opportunity with likelihood of extension and transitioning into a more stable position. Reporting to the Coordinator Pay, Benefits & Systems and Senior Payroll & Benefits Advisor, you will be expected to bring onboard your demonstrated experiences with Aurion. 

DUTIES.

• Assist with employee benefits and payroll operations
• End-to-end payroll processing
• Process new starters setup within payroll
• Provide advice and support to stakeholders
• Assist with compliance by applying internal controls

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• MUST HAVE experience with Aurion
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in payroll processing
• Experience in payroll processing in Local Council or a medium to large sized organisation
• Experience in payroll data capture, analysis and designing/generating reports
• Experience in completing termination, superannuation and taxation calculations
