About the Position
As the Program Officer you will be responsible for providing advice and support in the management and reporting of the councils Infrastructure programs.
Duties
- Maintain positive and supportive relations between the divisions and individuals
- Provide program budget development and financial management advice
- Provide corrective action solutions to ensure timely and cost-effective project/program completion
- Co-ordinate quarterly capital infrastructure program/project budget reviews
- Manage council database
- Manage and maintain project cost recovery process.
- Experience in the account function of a service delivery enterprise
- Experience in information systems for performance monitoring and management decision making
- Commitment to customer service and quality assurance processes
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent decision making skills

Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $55 - $60 per hour + Super
- Guaranteed 35 hours per week for 6 months with potential extension
