ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Join a local council as a Projects Administrator. Local Government offers 35 hours per week, Work From Home days, flexible start and finish times, RDO's and stability in contract roles. This Council is involved in the West-Invest program with a budget up to $20M including, small parks and road upgrades, with timeframes due in June, August and December 2024.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Project Administrator, in a 6 month contract you will assist Project Managers with project documentation, track budgeting and monitor project resources, finances, prepare reports and analysis of project performance, assist with planning meetings to discuss project progress, raise purchase orders and receipt project claims and invoices.

- Track project schedule, performance and progress
- Raise purchase orders and payment invoices budget
- Prepare project reports to support Project Managers
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for project updates
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Degree in Project Management or relevant qualifications
- Prior exposure working in the construction industry or local government is preferred
- Driven and personable individual who can multi-task effectively for short deadlines
- Time management and great communication skills with high level of attention to detail
