This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career as a delivery focused Architect in this Senior Architect position, managing the compliance and delivery of landmark Class 2 multi-residential and mixed-use projects.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career as a delivery focused Architect in this Senior Architect position, managing the compliance and delivery of landmark Class 2 multi-residential and mixed-use projects.
DUTIES.
- Lead multi-residential projects through to successful handover, dealing with any defects.
- Manage your team and oversee construction documentation packages.
- Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture (Registration and Class 2 Design Practitioner ideal).
- Strong competency in Revit documentation and construction detail.
- Proven experience in Class 2 multi-residential projects.
