ABOUT THE POSITION
Your role is essential in the design and management of significant projects. This involves handling civil works specifications, creating engineering reports, and supervising tender procedures. You'll be responsible for ensuring that project designs are timely and meet the necessary standards. It's crucial to regularly interact with important clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and efficient communication. As a valued member of the management team, you'll actively take part in decision-making and contribute to the company's strategic direction.

DUTIES
- Design projects using Civil software such as MUSIC, DRAINS, TUFLOW, and 12D
- Prepare comprehensive Civil Engineering reports
- Take control of planning and delivering all projects from start to finish
- Conduct site inspections and liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Train and develop junior team members
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is essential
- Advanced proficiency in HECRAS, TUFLOWS and DRAINS is desirable
- Proficient with 12D & AutoCad software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for team and client liaising
