ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Senior Fire Protection Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team culture and liaise with other engineers, stakeholders and authorities to ensure that the process is run smoothly and deadlines are met. You will be in charge of your own team and deal with projects from concept through to completion.


DUTIES.
  • Lead the design and implementation of fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and smoke control systems
  • Conduct detailed fire hazard assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in fire protection engineering, with a focus on design and consulting
  • Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and hydraulic calculation software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
