This position requires an experienced professional who can oversee project teams, manage site operations effectively, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are upheld.

DUTIES.
  • Supervise construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Enforce safety and environmental protocols, ensuring all activities comply with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources and scheduling of tasks to maximise productivity.
  • Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, providing decisive leadership and effective solutions.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Proven experience in supervising subdivision, roadwork, and earthwork projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams. Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and project management.
  • Proficient in interpreting construction documents and plans.
