 An exciting opportunity within a local council within the Illawarra region. Work on a number of local council civil projects involving water sewerage, road and earthworks.

About the Company

About the Position
As the Project Manager you will be responsible overseeing the construction phase of projects whilst being in consistent touch with stakeholders. You will liase with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on schedule.

Duties
  • Project delivery
  • Contract Admin
  • Liaise with contractors
  • Stakeholder management
  • Budget and forecasting
Skills & Experience
  • Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
  • Previous experience with civil project including earthworks, water and sewerage
  • Proven record as a Project Manger
  • The ability to make decisions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
