Ivory Group has partnered with a locally acclaimed, award-winning medium-sized commercial fit-out and new build company based in Canberra, ACT. Specialising in the delivery of Hospitality, Education, Retail, Government, Healthcare and Residential projects valued up to $30M. About the Position.
Your employment will commence on a landmark Hospitality fit-out project valued up to $10M. With resourcing on the project perfectly thought-out you will work along-side an experience Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, and a Foreman. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 

Duties. 
  • Manage all aspects of fit out projects, from planning and execution to completion
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Toolbox talks, site inductions, WHS management and compliance 
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and site records
  • Forward planning, scheduling, and ordering materials
  • Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Skills & Experience.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably with Hospitality project experience 
  • Trade qualification in carpentry or similar trade
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Projects/Suites
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
